Flowtechnology UK, a market leader in the Fluid Power Industry is seeking a Graduate Marketing Assistant to join its busy Marketing Team.

The Role:
The successful candidate will develop their skills within an established team, supporting the Group Marketing Manager with a more strategic approach to customer segmentation and pricing analysis. This role would suit a recent / prospective graduate looking to utilise their analytical mind and proactive approach in a busy marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the department with customer pricing, segmentation and product group analysis to improve the business development function
• Competitor Analysis
• Researching industry trends and assessing the strategic options
• Generating insights and opinion that can be used to enhance the company`s position in the market
• Gaining knowledge in all aspects of marketing within a fast-paced environment
• General administration to support the department

Ideal Candidate will possess;
• At least a 2:1 degree (or predicted), with an excellent academic record
• Proven research and analysis skills
• A passion for all aspects of marketing
• Fantastic project management and coordination skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal and interpersonal
